You must ensure that any Content that you post is not Objectionable. "Objectionable" material means material that is obscene, hateful, profane, which contains racist terminology or images of pornography. In addition “Objectionable” material is material which is defamatory or which is intended to annoy, harass or intimidate another person; which contains discriminatory remarks; or is otherwise antisocial in nature.

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. In those circumstances, without prejudice to any other remedy we may have, we may (i) suspend the provision of the Services to you or (ii) terminate the provision of the Services to you and your account.
